All our products are currently available small, medium and large. We can’t resell underwear that is returned to us, so please measure yourself before selecting a size.

Measuring yourself is easy and we have all the information you need to do it accurately on our sizing page. If you do have any questions, we’d rather you get in touch than guess, so please don't hesitate to pop us an email at hello@pantee.co.uk.

Free delivery is available for all orders over £50. We use Royal Mail, and you will receive a tracking number by email to keep a lookout for your order. Your order should be delivered within five days of purchase.

If you wish to get an exchange or a refund of your Pantee underwear, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. To register your exchange or refund, please get in touch. We will only accept returned products that are unworn, unwashed, and neatly packaged in the original packaging with tags.

Unfortunately, as a small fledgeling business, we can not cover or refund returns shipping and exchange costs unless the product is faulty. We thank you for your understanding.
