If you wish to get an exchange or get a refund for your new Pantee underwear, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. To register your exchange or refund, please get in touch. We will only accept returned products that are unworn, unwashed, and neatly packaged in the original packaging with tags. If we believe your item is not as the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
Unfortunately, as a small business, we can not cover or refund returns shipping and exchange costs unless the product is faulty. We thank you for your understanding.
